What is the expiration of a class pack?
Class series have a 4 month expiration date from the 1st class activation. Unused classes that remain after the stated expiration date may be rolled over into a new series IF the new series is purchased within 30 days of the original expiration date.
All series and memberships are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Any classes not used in the duration assigned are forfeit. Discounts do not apply to memberships.
How does Membership work?
Private Classes
To request private classes for individuals, couples, or groups, contact us by email, phone, or in person at the studio.
Cancellation Policy
Early Cancel
If you registered for a class and are no longer able to attend, you can cancel online or via the Wellness Living app up until 60 minutes before class begins with no penalty for classes and 3 hours for events and appointments.
Late Cancel, Late Attendance, and No Show
If you register for a class and can not make it but fail to cancel prior to the cancellation window, (60 minutes before classes, 24 hours before events and appointments, or as stated for individual events) the class will be deducted from your account and is non-refundable. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for class. Late arrivals will not be allowed to enter once class has begun and it will be considered a no show. This helps create a calm, distraction-free environment where everyone can fully enjoy their practice. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Workshops and Events
If you purchased a spot to attend a special event, including workshops, and you are no longer able to attend, we can only fulfill refund (for store credit) requests with 24 hours advance notice. Due to the limited space in the studio and fairness to all of the students, refund requests for special events in the case of a no show (no advance notice), will not be honored.
