Each day on the retreat will consist of morning yoga and a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Then we will either have a close adventure and lunch at the hotel or take a picnic lunch on a bigger excursion to Ponce or Cabo Rojo. We have a few night activities planned but the other nights you will be free to roam or rest. There are also optional spa services at the hotel and water healing available for those who are interested and book in advance.

La Jamaca is located in the South of Puerto Rico between Ponce and Cabo Rojo. While there is an airport in Ponce, we recommend flying to San Juan for the ease and flight schedules. Once we get closer to arranging travel, we will recommend group travel options for those who do not wish to rent a car. For those who are interested in renting a car, there are many options available in San Juan, however it is always advisable to book well in advance due to limited supply on the island.
