At YogaSole, we empower you to stand taller, feel stronger, and connect more deeply with yourself and others. You are in charge of your experience, whether you're seeking to feel more confident, graceful, or resilient. Our fun, tailored classes offer a moment of ‘me-time’ for busy, thoughtful individuals. Just show up—let us take care of everything else.

Studio Culture

  • When we know you’re coming, we can make sure we’re ready to support you. And if there are times you need to just show up, please do.

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for class. This helps create a calm, distraction-free environment where everyone can fully enjoy their practice. Late arrivals will find a locked door. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

  • Part of being in a community is taking care of other people. You can do your part by not spreading germs.

  • Let your teachers know if there’s anything special you’re working with. Let us know if you need help with our website. Reach out if you have feedback.

Our Values

Community Classes

YogaSole Community Classes are led by yoga teachers-in-training, so these talented mentees are able to get valuable teaching experience. Community Classes are priced on a sliding scale for students so they are a financially accessible and fun way to get stronger, breathe deeper, and connect to yourself and community!

Giving through Mat Rentals

We give $1 from each mat rental to our nonprofit of the year. For 2024 our selected nonprofit is: Vital Voices

Partnerships

We partner with nonprofits to bring yoga and mindfulness to the community. Including events like Yoga in the Garden at East 4th Street Community Garden, and Yoga in the Park at Corlears Hook Park. To inquire about partnerships, email us at info@yogasole.com.
