  • Makes total sense to us! Just email us at info@yogasole.com with your dates. We will set the hold on your account and you will only be charged for the part of the month that you actually use.

  • Of course! Just let us know when you sign up and we will set it up for you.

  • Ruby and Amber memberships do not roll classes over from month to month. If you do not use all of your classes, the membership will reset the following month.

  • Memberships are not set up to be shared however all members do get guest passes so you can share those with your people.

  • The membership fee will charge on the same day of the month. It will be the same day as your membership starts so if you started on the 17th of Jan, your card will be billed on the 17th of every month.

  • Unless you contact us in advance, your membership will AUTO RENEW for the same contract term. If you selected a 3 month term, at the end of the 3 months, you will automatically be registered for another 3 months. If you would like to discontinue or change your membership, you must inform us in advance via email to info@yogasole.com

  • You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your membership by emailing us at info@yogasole.com. If you cancel your membership before the end of the contract, there is a cancellation fee as laid out in your original contract. If you cancel at the end of the contract, there is no penalty.
