Spend 3 nights in a gorgeous modern mansion in Hyde Park, NY, where your only real job is to move your body, take care of yourself, and actually relax. We’ll gather for two movement or self-care sessions each day, with plenty of unscheduled time for naps, nature walks, cozy conversations, or solo adventures around the Valley. All meals and on-site experiences are included—transportation and independent day trips are up to you. Come for the yoga, stay for the rest, laughter, and that “wow, I really needed this” feeling.

Our events prioritize comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process. All of the activities are optional and there is plenty of rest and relaxing time built into the itinerary.

Deep Dive into Your Practice

Led by experienced instructors who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose. Each day will offer sessions designed to allow you to meditate, move, stretch, de-stress, and find deep relaxation.

Energetic Cooperation

Connection is a core part of the experience. You’ll learn just as much from the sessions as you do from interactions from with the other retreat participants.

Delicious and Nutritious Meals

Family-style meals will be lovingly prepared on site with fresh and seasonal ingredients. We will be able to provide meal options for Vegetarian, Vegan, Pescatarian, and Omnivore diets. We are also offering an optional wine pairing with dinners for an additional charge.

Please note that our retreat kitchen cannot guarantee accommodation for severe or life‑threatening food allergies (peanuts, gluten, tree nuts, shellfish, dairy, etc.).

The retreat will take place on a 26 acre estate with a 9,000-square-foot modern mansion. Equipped with eight spacious bedrooms, a sauna, hot tub, game room, dedicated yoga space, and plenty of room to spread out it’s designed for an intimate group that wants both connection and quiet. Just 90 minutes from NYC—and with zero neighbors in sight.

  • What is the cost?
    The cost of the retreat depends on which style of accommodation you prefer. We have King and Queens size single rooms as well as 1 Queen Double and 4 beds in a shared bunk room ranging from $1700 to $900. All the rooms are en-suite. In addition, if you want to have wine paired with dinners, there is an additional $90 charge per person.

    Sign up and pay a $350 deposit to reserve your spot. If your plans change, there is a non-refundable $100 processing fee. the remainder of the deposit and payment is refundable until June 1, 2026. No refunds after June 1, 2026.

    Refund Policy

    Until May 31, 2026 Refunds available less $100 processing fee.

    After June 1, 2026 - No Refunds however you can transfer the attendance to another person with approval of the studio.

  • Isabelle Atallah’s style is playful and dynamic with the intention of allowing students to explore yoga with a sense of freedom and play–without false ego or concern. She encourages her students to bring their individuality so that they can make the practice better for both themselves and the others in the room. Her classes offer a balance of strength and stretch, meditation and relaxation; with the aim of students feeling affirmed in who they are.

    Sunee LaClaire is the owner and director of YogaSole LLC, where she brings a thoughtful, empowering approach to Yoga and mat Pilates that reflects her deep dedication to lifelong learning, functional movement, and community care. Sunee creates space for students to explore what feels good, what feels possible, and what feels true. Her teaching is both grounded and playful, with an emphasis on functional movement, mindful breath, and self-compassion.
