Join us for open hours at both studios on Election Day from 12 noon to 2pm. 

Sunset Park - Erika will be leading an open session of restorative yoga. Enter and exit as you like and take time to breathe and stretch in community. 

Windsor Terrace - The studio will be open for self-guided meditation.  Take as much time as you need to sit and breathe.

Registration is not necessary. You are welcome to arrive and leave at any time. Please enter and exit the studio as quietly as possible so that other students can maintain their sense of calm.
