Join us for a rejuvenating 60-minute breathwork class.
We’ll begin with gentle movement to awaken the body and release tension, then move into a series of breathwork techniques designed to strengthen the respiratory system, circulate energy, and restore balance and calm.
We'll close with a grounding meditation to integrate the experience, leaving you feeling clear, centered, and renewed. All levels are welcome—no prior experience needed. Come as you are and leave more connected to your breath, your body, and yourself.
