Get the personal attention and hands-on assists of a private session in this intimate workshop setting. Good alignment is therapeutic; In the Yoga Lab, you will learn the key actions and alignment that keep you safe, strengthen and tone your body, and ultimately offer you the ability to expand your yoga horizons. Each week we will focus on a different region of the body. Students with injuries as well as those who are looking to gain more knowledge about poses or advance their practice are welcome.
