Are you new to yoga or tried yoga before but haven't started back up in a while? Come see what yoga is all about in this gentle, beginner yoga class. Commit for the 4 sessions and come every Saturday. Each week we will do something very different yet still build off of the week before, welcoming questions and discussion.
This series will introduce you to the basic alignment in the asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing exercises) and many of the body, mind and spirit benefits of Yoga. Yoga is for everyone. Today is the perfect day to begin!
