Align & Center A gentle class the combines Iyengar inspired yoga postures, and breathing. Class focuses on specific alignment to open and balance the body, inviting precision and clarity to the practice. This class moves at a slower pace.
Align & Flow (Advanced Therapeutics) In this class, students learn how to safely explore their edges with the intelligence of good alignment while turning their curiosity inward. Principles of anatomy and biomechanics, yoga philosophy, and the wisdom of Ayurveda (the medical science of yoga) optimize your experience on the mat so you can feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally. Practices include asana, pranayama (breathing techniques) meditation, and vinyasa (moving with the breath). This is a great class for beginners and advanced practitioners, individuals recovering from injury, or anyone looking to deepen their practice.
Community Flow & Restore (Thursdays) Class is FREE Suggested donation $5 A moderately challenging, but well-paced class meant for beginners and advanced yogis alike. The intention of the class is to build strength and integrity through the practice of attention. Both in easy and in challenging asanas, students will be guided through detailed anatomical alignment, linking movement with breath, and breath breath with self. You will end the class supported and stabilized by props, one experiences the yoga postures as profoundly relaxing and deeply rejuvenating, invoking a natural state of healing rest, renewal and equanimity.

Conscious Flow/All Levels Practice with intention, attention and awareness. It's easy to just go through the motions of your yoga practice, and this class is designed to get you breathing and moving both mindfully and skillfully. Through a series of strategically sequenced postures and sun salutations, students will investigate the mind-body connection, while cultivating physical and mental strength and presence. Early Flow/HOUR A moderately paced class. Beginners will find easy to follow instructions and modifications. Advanced students will find fresh inspiration in their practice by experiencing postures and breath work in a new light. Breath, flow, breath, stretch & time to rejuvenate.
Freestyle Vinyasa Flow A vigorous, creative, dynamic style that links breath and movement through heat building sequece of postures. This class is designed specifically for stamina & strength of alignment. In this class students will explore more advanced postures longer, and deepen their understanding of the asanas. This class is meant to provide an opportunity for investigation, challenge, and surrender. For the physically active.
Gentle Flow A gentle class the combines yoga postures, breathing, and meditation. This class is geared toward students who wish to move at a slower pace. Ideal for beginners, prenatal and seniors. Restorative/Yoga Nidra Savor the end of your weekend with this delicious,mindful class, ideal for anyone looking to indulge their senses with the mind/body. Class begins with a myth to set the tone for the evening, followed by slow movement to help you unwind and prepare for deep meditative yoga nidra relaxation. Practice mudras, or hand exercises, to stimulate and soften different areas of the brain. Move into deep meditation with music and mantra to enhance your state of bliss. When you leave class your body and brain will be seriously satisfied.
Therapeutic Yoga Gentle: A class designed to work slowly with a focus on breath, body awareness and strengthening. Ideal if you have had recent surgery, chronic pain, or just need to work more slowly. Also terrific for our more “mature” students.
Yoga Blend An eclectic blend of yoga traditions, using the breath and movement of Vinyasa, the alignment of Iyengar and the heat of Ashtanga. Classes are taught by teachers who have studied more than one yoga tradition. In this class, students will explore their strength and flexibility through a series of postures that incorporates twists, balancing, and some inversion. Yoga Tune Up® Pain Relief Gentle: Invite health and wellness into your being on all levels: Release tension in muscles by rolling on foam rubber therapy balls, maintain healthy range of motion in joints through simple dynamic movement, return the body to correct alignment with specific yoga-based corrective exercises, soothe your nervous system through purposeful conscious breathing. All levels/ages are welcome.
Yoga Tune Up® – Relief and Release For people who have pain in their mind, body, or soul. We locate and relieve stress and tension in the body using rubber therapy balls and various Yoga Tune Up® corrective exercises. This work is great for athletes, nine-to-five-ers, and anyone who lives with injury or pain. In class we will address your specific needs. Come with stress, leave with less.
Zen Meditation (Zazen) Wednesdays, we sit silently for 20 min. Thursdays, we will have 2 periods of sitting meditation, alternating with walking meditation and a short reading. Great tool for Stress Relief
All are welcome. No previous experience is required. Class is FREE
LEVELS Basic Classes provide a safe environment for new students to learn the basic yoga postures. The classes are joyful, safe and compassionate.
Open Classes are open to beginner through advanced students and offer modifications and variations so that each student can enjoy practicing at their own pace.
